Product Overview
American core impact expansion nails are a type of mechanical anchor fastener that can be installed quickly and has a high load-bearing capacity. They operate on the principle of impact expansion and are suitable for various substrates such as concrete, brick and stone, and gypsum board. Its core feature is that it does not require pre-tightening or adhesive bonding. Through impact installation, the internal expansion mechanism unfolds to form a strong anchor, and it is widely used in construction, machinery, furniture and other fields.

1. Efficient installation
- One-step completion: After drilling, directly tap the screw without the need for additional tightening or gluing.
- Time-saving: Compared with traditional expansion bolts, the installation speed is increased by more than 50%.
2. Strong anchoring
- Two-stage expansion: Combined with a plastic core and a metal sleeve, it expands radially after being struck, with an uplift resistance of up to 25kN (M8 specification).
- Anti-vibration and anti-loosening: The sawtooth flange design prevents loosening in a vibrating environment.
3. Widely applicable
- Base material compatibility: concrete, hollow bricks, gypsum board, fiberboard, etc.
- Environmental adaptability: Galvanized surface treatment, corrosion-resistant, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

- Construction field: Lighting fixtures, fire-fighting equipment, billboard fixation.
- Mechanical installation: Conveyor belt brackets and equipment anchor bolts.

Installation Guide:
Drilling: Use the corresponding drill bit (for example, for M8, select a Φ10mm drill bit).
2. Hole cleaning: Blow clean the debris inside the hole.
3. Insertion: Fully drive the expansion nail into the hole.
4. Fastening: Continue tapping until the flange adheres tightly to the base material.
Selection suggestions:
- Light load (<15kN) : 6mm diameter (e.g. 630).
Medium load (15-30kN) : 8mm diameter (e.g. 850).
- Heavy-duty (>30kN) : 10mm diameter + extended version.
