Flange bolts (flange bolts) are special fasteners with flange plates (integrated gaskets), mainly used in connection scenarios that require high preload, anti-loosening and sealing performance. Its flange design can increase the contact area, reduce the pressure on the connection surface, prevent loosening, and improve the seismic performance. It is widely used in fields such as pipe flanges, steel structures, mechanical equipment, ships, and fire protection facilities.
Product Features
1. Integrated flange design:
The flange plate and the bolt head are integrally formed, eliminating the need for additional washers and providing a more stable connection and anti-loosening effect.
The flange surface usually features anti-slip knurling or serrations to enhance friction and prevent loosening.
2. High-strength material:
Carbon steel (Q235, 45# steel, SCM435), 8.8 grade, 10.9 grade, 12.9 grade high-strength bolts, suitable for heavy-duty structures.
Stainless steel (304, 316), corrosion-resistant, suitable for industries such as chemical engineering, shipping, and food.
3. Surface treatment:
Galvanizing (white zinc, color zinc), Dacromet (corrosion-resistant), blackening (rust-proof), phosphating (wear-resistant).

- Standards: DIN 6921 (German standard), GB/T 5789 (Chinese standard), ANSI B18.2.1 (American standard).

Precautions:
