It features strong load-bearing capacity, convenient connection and quick disassembly, and is suitable for high-intensity working environments.
The uses of straight-line shackles:
Straight-line shackles are mainly used in scenarios such as lifting, hoisting, and rigging connection.
Their specific applications include:
1. Architecture and Steel Structures
It is used for tower cranes, scaffolding, steel beam hoisting, and connecting steel wire ropes with hooks.
2. Ship and Ocean Engineering
Mooring, towing and deck equipment fixation require corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials.
3. Machinery Manufacturing and Logistics
Heavy equipment hoisting and connection of production line tooling fixtures.
4. Electricity and Energy
For the installation of transmission towers and the hoisting of wind power equipment, high safety factor shackles are required.
5. Mining and Petrochemicals

Key points for installation and use：
-Lateral force is strictly prohibited. Loading should be carried out along the center line of the shackle.
-The pin shaft must be inserted with a safety pin to prevent accidental detachment.
-Regularly inspect worn, deformed or cracked shackles. They must be scrapped.
