Product Overview
Double-ended bolts are a special type of fastener with threads at both ends and a threaded smooth rod in the middle. They are mainly used in situations where high-strength connections are required and ordinary bolts cannot be used. Its typical applications include flange connections, heavy machinery assembly, pressure vessels and other fields that require detachable structures. The double-head design allows nuts to be installed on both sides separately, achieving a more flexible fastening method.

1. Double-threaded structure design
The threads at both ends can be the same (equal-length thread) or different (longer thread at one end and shorter thread at the other)
The middle smooth rod part can provide precise positioning function
The thread specification can be selected as coarse thread (standard thread) or fine thread (high-strength connection).

Carbon steel: 45# steel, 35CrMo (Grade 8.8, Grade 10.9)
- Alloy steel: 42CrMo (12.9 grade ultra-high strength)

Galvanizing (blue and white zinc, colored zinc)
