Product Overview
The window-type internal expansion bolt is a mechanical anchor specially designed for the installation of doors and Windows. It adopts an internal expansion structure and is suitable for base materials such as concrete, brick walls, and aerated blocks. Its core features are high load-bearing capacity, anti-loosening and anti-earthquake properties. Through mechanical locking of screws and expansion tubes, it ensures the stable installation of door and window frames, and is suitable for various scenarios such as building curtain walls, aluminum alloy doors and Windows with thermal break, and fireproof Windows.
Core characteristics
High-strength anchoring
- Two-stage expansion: The conical design at the tail of the screw, when tightened, pushes the expansion tube to expand in the radial direction, forming a strong frictional self-locking effect, with an anti-pull force of up to 25kN (M10 specification).
- Anti-vibration and anti-loosening: Equipped with spring washers, it effectively prevents loosening in vibrating environments.
2. Easy installation
- Glue-free: Purely mechanical fixation, no chemical anchoring agent required, and it can bear weight immediately after installation.
- Compatible standard tools: After drilling with an impact drill, directly tighten the nut to complete the installation.
3. Corrosion-resistant material
Carbon steel galvanized: Suitable for general building environments, salt spray test ≥500 hours.
304 stainless steel: Suitable for highly corrosive environments such as damp and coastal areas.

Building doors and Windows: Fixed frames for broken bridge aluminum Windows, plastic-steel Windows, and fireproof Windows.
Curtain wall engineering: anchoring of support structures for glass curtain walls and metal curtain walls.

Installation Guide:
1. Positioning drilling: Select the drill bit according to the specification. The drilling depth = bolt length +10mm.
2. Hole cleaning: Use an air pump or a brush to remove debris from the hole.
3. Insert the bolts: Place the expansion tube and the screw into the hole.
4. Tighten the nut: Use a wrench to tighten until the flange is in close contact with the base material.
Selection suggestions:
- Light-load installation (such as plastic-steel Windows) : M6 specification.
- Medium and high strength fixation (such as broken bridge aluminum Windows) : M8-M10 specifications.
- Fireproof Windows/curtain walls: Stainless steel material is recommended to ensure long-term stability.
